We are looking to hire a qualified Arabic Teacher in Dubai to teach a student who was recently re-located to Dubai with his wife.
Their current level is novice.
They will be taking lessons which they would like to take place twice a week for an hour and a half at Jumeirah Beach residence on Monday and Wednesday evenings (preferably).
RATES $60-65 p/h

Candidates must have superior proficiency in the target language, and prior teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in the subject of the target language.Bachelors or Masters Degree is preferred, but not required.

Teda International School is currently seeking applications for the following positions:
Teaching Positions:
Librarian teacher
Computer teacher
Each class normally has 10-15 students, at most 18, depending on the grade level. Most students are Korean (40%) and Taiwanese (14%), with a few Japanese(10%), North Americans(20%), and others.
English proficiency of many of the students is not very high when they first arrive and the school has separate ESOL program to assist them until they are ready to join the mainstream classes. The school is Pre-k-12 and is only 10 years old.
Our School is accredited through an agency in the States (WASC). TIS is also registered with the Education Bureau of Tianjin, China and all certificates of education are recognized by them. We are also a member of EARCOS and ACAMIS.
The school presently has a good library with around 12,000 volumes. Our library is rapidly expanding it’s inventory and services for students and faculty.
All classrooms are supplied with at least one computer for teacher and student use. Most have a good supply of educational software installed. We also have computer labs with more than 90 computers around the school. All computers are fully networked with the school’s internal network and the internet.

There is no required dress except that moderation is culturally desired. Women do NOT need to cover clothing, hair, or face. Long shorts are worn by men, but not appreciated on women. Casual wear for women can include capri-length pants, however, sleeveless shirts are frowned upon.
