English teachers are wanted in Shanghai

Details:
Elanso Language Solutions & Education provides ESL learning to Chinese students. We call the students and teach them for 15 minutes using our calling software. We also provide them textbooks to facilitate their learning.
Currently, we are looking for competent and dedicated part-time ESL teachers who can work at the convenience of their homes.
Applicants must have the following:
a. 1 -2 years of experience in ESL teaching
b. Degree in Education, or English Language, or its equivalent
c. Flexible timetable
d. Very good and stable internet connection (WiFi connection will not be considered)
e. Knowledge or skill with intermediate computer applications
(You will be installing a software or the dialer on your computer.)
Qualified teachers will be responsible for:
a. calling the students in China to teach ESL
b. providing prompt feedback and comments
c. proofreading of their homework
Work time: teach minimum 3 hours to 8+ hours a day, from Monday to Friday
Timetable available will be from 9:00 hr to 22:30hr (China time). On top of the regular hour pay, evening session allowance will be given to those who work from 18:00 hr to 22:30 hr (China time). You can choose your convenient time slot from the above timetable. In addition, to those who are able to work with us on a long-term full time basis, we provide annual bonus and a chance to be invited to come here in Shanghai, China for further training and enrichment experience.
